Motion needed to approve the minutes from the 11-27-06 Workshop and the 12-04-06 Legislative Meetings.
7. CHANGE ORDER FOR THE WASTEWATER PLANT EXPANSION.
Motion needed to approve a 45 day extension to the contractor and an extra $3,718.00 for the relocation of lines, with funds coming from the reserves.
8. RESOLUTION 2007-01 LOCAL MITIGATION STRATEGY.
The City Clerk will read the title of Resolution 2007-01.

A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY OF MARY ESTHER, FLORIDA, ADOPTING THE OKALOOSA COUNTY LOCAL MITIGATION STRATEGY TO PROMOTE HAZARD MITIGATION AND MANAGE POST DISASTER RECOVERY, FOR THE CITY OF MARY ESTHER; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Motion needed to approve Resolution 2007-01.
9. APPROVAL OF 2007 HOLIDAY SCHEDULE.
Motion to approve the Holiday Schedule for the calendar year of 2007.
10. STREET SWEEPER
The quote the City received for the street sweeper was not state contract as originally stated to City Staff. The City will now go out for bids and come back to the Council once the bid process is complete.
11. FIRE ORDINANCE
The City Clerk will read the title of Ordinance 2007-01.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MARY ESTHER, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 2005-02, SECTION 8-20: REQUIRED FIRE SPINKLER SYSTEM; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Motion needed to approve the first reading of Ordinance 2007-01 as read in title by the City Clerk.
12. ADJOURNMENT.
Motion needed to adjourn the Legislative Meeting.
