MINUTES OF THE CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD
OF THE CITY OF MARY ESTHER, FLORIDA

January 20, 2004

The Code Enforcement Board (CEB) held a meeting on Tuesday, January 20, 2004 at 5:30 PM at the Mary Esther Council Chambers, Mary Esther, Florida.

CALL TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order by Mr. George Crews, at 5:36 PM

ROLL CALL

Present: Mr. George Crews, Mrs. Rachel Fay, Mr. Bill Zuppa

Absent:Mr. Phillip Keesee, Mrs. Jill Crew

ALSO ATTENDING: Mr. William Bradley, Code Compliance Officer, Ms. Peggy Jimenez, Secretary

RESPONDENTS: None

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

Minutes approved.

NEW BUSINESS:

Discussion and revision of Code Enforcement Board Rules and Regulations. Mr. Crews read aloud the Rules and Regulations of the CEB and revisions were discussed and initiated as problems were discovered. A copy of the revised edition are to be mailed to each Board member for approval at next meeting which is to be held February 16, 2004. It was also decided for each member to read and be prepared to suggest revisions to Ordinance 2001-01 at the next meeting. A form to be used for Reduction of Fines is to be composed by Mr. Bradley (Code Compliance Officer) and Ms. Jimenez (CEB Secretary) prior to the next meeting.

A motion was made by Mrs. Fay and seconded by Mr. Zuppa to adjourn the meeting at 6:45 pm.
