Need To Report A Pothole, Make A Code Violation Complaint Or Apply For A Building Permit Online, There’s An App For That!

The City of Mary Esther is pleased to introduce a new application allowing citizens to report maintenance problems, code violations or apply for building permits, all at the convenience of their mobile device. Introducing the Citizen Engagement mobile app for permitting and complaints. The app is free and allows users to do anything from reporting a pothole, damaged sidewalk or fallen tree on the right-of-way to making a complaint about that pesky barking dog, your neighbor’s lack of property maintenance or parking violations. Users are also able to apply for building permits to get a jump start on the permitting process.
