Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, May 16, 2022, at 5:00 PM for a preliminary development order approval, at City Hall City Council Chambers, 195 Christobal Rd. N., Mary Esther, FL 32569. The purpose of the hearing is for the Local Planning Agency to hear the request from Renaissance Mary Esther II, LLC, to authorize a preliminary development order for a 206-unit apartment complex located at 300 Mary Esther Blvd. Mary Esther, FL 32569. All interested parties are invited to attend the Public Hearing. For questions about the project, please contact the Community Development Department at 850-243-3566 Ext.3.

A Workshop of the City Council to discuss Code Enforcement will begin immediately following the public hearing by the Mary Esther Local Planning Agency. 

Any person requiring a special accommodation because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the City Clerk’s office at 850-243-3566 Ext.12 at least 48 hours prior to the hearing. Any person seeking to appeal any decision made at the public hearing will need to record the proceedings and, for such purpose, such person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
