Effective September 1, 2018, Staff will no longer be distributing courtesy door hangers for water shutoffs due to non-payment. In lieu of door hangers, the City will be utilizing an automated alert system. A notice in the form of a phone call, text, or email will be sent to all account holders on the shutoff list. It is recommended that all residents verify and update contact information on file with the City to ensure reminder notices are successfully delivered.
