[ARCHIVED] FDEM Individual Assistance Damage Assessment

The City of Mary Esther is working with the Florida Department of Emergency Management (FDEM) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to develop a preliminary damage assessment from Hurricane Sally. Staff has completed an initial assessment of City facilities and infrastructure, however, we need your help in identifying damage to personal property. This process will assist the City and Okaloosa County with receiving federal and state disaster relief funds.
