New City Hall Hours


Effective this Tuesday, May 11, the hours for the front office at City Hall will be Monday through Friday from 8:00-1:00 and 2:00-5:00. We will be closed for the lunch hour from 1:00-2:00. As a reminder, the City also accepts utility payments via mail, online, and through the secure payment drop box located at the far end of the City Hall parking lot.

What if is there is an emergency and city offices are closed?

  • If it is a life-threatening emergency, please dial 911.
  • If it is regarding animal control, please contact the Panhandle Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) at 850-243-1525 or 850-685-6003.
  • If it is a water or sewer emergency, please contact our on-call operator at 850-496-1739.
